First responders heroically put their lives on the line and rush toward danger daily to keep us safe. They save lives! They prevent violent crimes! They invest in and protect our community. They are our friends, neighbors, and family.

Our first responders do a demanding job that requires personal sacrifice, bravery, and heroism. They need reliable equipment that ensures their safety and ours. 

As mayor, I will ensure our first responders have the most reliable equipment. This is not an option!

I will work with all departments on best practices to promote more volunteers.
